I have an 02 renegade that's doing the luke warm heat thing so I'm getting ready to pull the dash and heater box. I don't want to ever have to do it again so plan on changing out everything I can while I'm in there. It appears that it's usually not the blend doors but the actuators instead on a liberty? At least that's what I've been reading. Is there upgraded doors for the liberty? I've found better ones for Cherokee's but don't see anything for liberties. Maybe they're fine, just want the best I can get.
Also do the doors have to be calibrated somehow? I've seen it mentioned a few times but never how to do it.

Thanks

Talks about calibration halfway down.
Not sure on upgraded doors.
Oh, and heater core and stuff just tedious to get to. But doable:) Image
