I have a very distinct hum that has a wheel bearing tone to it. 90% certain.
Starts off at 40mph gets louder, take it out of drive and the noise still persists.

Looking at all the parts available, can you get the bearing itself for £7/$
or do you really have to buy the entire kit for over 100£/$

Aftermarket or Genuine?

Also PART TIME light is on even though I think im in 2hi but never owned a jeep before so hopefully.
I have seen alot of posts about this issue.
?

bearings are a sealed unit, have to buy the hub assembly...i beleive timken is a decent brand. As for the part-time light, its your transfer case position sensor/switch. cheap and decently easy to replace
