I have a 2006 CRD base model that needs a front end. I have a 2004 available to pull Parts from in the correct color can I downgrade to the earlier front end and what all should I need? do I need just the grill and fender flares or do I need the hood fenders and whole front clip?

The fenders are indeed different to contour the grill to bumper termination. The bumper was a no brainer as the Grill is completely different.
I purchase the grill and Grill Support.

I will be getting fenders, bumper, and flairs, next.

The fender looks to attach differently in the front corners but looks to be easily adaptable.

The Flairs look to attach the same but will need to be trimmed on the bottom to accommodate the rocker covers.

Ill Post pictures of the differences for future ref.
