06 CRD 4x4 - Code P0301 #1 Misfire

New to the site - I have an 06 CRD with 132k miles. I have a constant #1 cylinder misfire (P0301). I pulled and cleaned the injector and reinstalled it. The misfire is still there. Can I assume that the #1 injector is totally clogged or bad? Also, the electrical connector is a total bear to take off and to put on. Could the connector be the real issue?

Switch two Injectors around and check out see it it moves the misfire code.
