I've had my JBA arms in for over a year, and they seem great overall, but I still have, under hard breaking, a sudden bump, or the like, a clunk/pop noise that seems to be coming from the inner mount point of the upper arms.
According to the factory manual, the torque settings for that inboard bolt is 90 ft/lbs, and I THINK I've tightened them to that, but am still getting the noise. Is that joint intended to have the inside metal "liner" cinched tight to the body with that torqe then have the rubber bushing distort around it? I don't want to over-tighten and weaken the bolt or bend the mounting point, but I really need the clunk noise to stop...
