Got a good lead on some 4.10 axles out of a 2002 manual 2.4cyl. My question for you guys is, after a quick talk with tom, is that everything should swap over nicely, except the rear end on my 06 has 2 speed sensors at the wheel and the 02s only had 1 at the diff. In theory, this means all i would have to do is swap the backing plates correct? That would give me the holes for the speed sensors at my wheels as well as the correct mounts for disc brakes, as i believe the 02’s had drum rears. Help me out guys!

Are both diffs the chrysler 8.25"? Or is the '02 a Dana 35?

Looking at axle shafts on rockauto, the 06-07 axle shaft has a sensor ring on it.

I also noticed earlier KJ diffs have a pinion yoke... our '05 has a flange.

You will also have to swap the rear axle shafts unless you like looking at the ABS light in the IC.
