I need advice for a 2003 Jeep Liberty. The heat and air only blows out of the vent near the windshield-defrost mode. No air or heat comes out at feet or face. Thank you in advance for your help.

All the vent positions are controlled by vacuum.
Either you have a vacuum leak or the vent control knob is broken.

Most vacuum controlled door systems default to defrost when loss of vacuum occurs! :roll:
Like Flash suggested, look for a broke or disconnected vacuum feed hose. :wink:
