I have a 2003 kj limited. I installed a Jeepin by Al 2.5"lift. It has the adjust a struts and the new JBA control arms. I had a little clunk after installing it when I would turn left and a little rattle all on drivers side when going over bumps. I have replaced lower ball joints, sway bar links and sway bar bushings, tie rod ends all with moog. Had alignment and everything checked and the noise went away for a bit and came back. Found out my rack and pinion was bad so I replaced that and the power steering pump. Another alignment(thank you Firestone for lifetime alignment). Was good for 200 miles except rattle was there when going over bumps. Now clunk is more often over bumps and when turning left. I cannot reproduce except when driving. The drivers side is much stiffer than the passenger side when pushing down on vehicle and the adjustments are the same on each strut. I have less than 5000 miles on lift. I am thinking the strut is bad. I run 245/75/16 tires. Any help or suggestions would be much aappreciated. My wife's daily driver and weekend toy. Thank you.

Try to move the inner CV axles up/down where they enter the diff housing. Could be bad bushings/bearings in the housing ends.

2006 KJ diesel.
A lot of the same details and issues after installing JBA's Silver kit.

The JBA extended links fixed 'er right up.
