Leak from where? Manual or auto?

Where pan connects auto.
Should be drop, clean, refill to appropriate level?

If you want the absolute best transmission pan gasket that requires NO glue or sealer of any kind and will not leak if installed properly.
Get yourself a LubeLocker Transmission Gasket PN: LUB-LLT-CRFE :google:
Fits 68RFE, 66RFE, 65RFE, 545RFE, & 45RFE Chrysler transmissions
They are available online by several vendors like Summit Racing.

But as you stated, drop pan, clean both mating surfaces spotless and bolt up using the LubeLocker gasket. Just DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN the mounting bolts!
Tighten by hand only, never use an impact on them.
Be sure and use only ATF+4 when refilling transmission with fluid. Fill until level is slightly over the full mark on the stick as these transmissions like a little extra fluid...

So I came out this morning and fluid is all over the garage floor... I have a stripped out bolt. What's the fix folks?
Panicking quite a bit here.

Helicoil kit is the best way to repair stripped threads especially in a blind hole.
I believe the pan bolts are 6mm x 1.00mm threads according to Factory Chrysler Parts https://www.factorychryslerparts.com/pr ... 01221.html
the bolts listed are: SCREW AND WASHER Mounting. Hex Head. M6x1x12.
Part Number: 06101221
This is the kit PN: Helicoil 5546-6 M6 x 1 Metric Coarse Thread Repair Kit
Most parts stores sales them along with plenty available online along with Amazon. :google:

Another option is Time-serts or Nut-serts, they are threaded bushings.
Some like them, but I am not real keen on them due to I have seen them back out with the bolt the next time it is removed.
But they will work.

bolts to hold pan to transmission Tighten bolts to 11.8 N·m (105 in. lbs.) torque. NEVER USE IMPACT OF ANY KIND ON THESE BOLTS!

So I decided to just slop the help out of it with black rtv. Little drips but she's not set yet.

it won't.

Regular silicone will not stand up to ATF

you have to use special ATF silicone or it will just dissolve and eat through it.
