Alright so we have a no start no crank condition on our 2006 KN limited with 3.7 liter. I replaced the ignition actuator pin, starter relay and running 12.1v on the battery. When I key it to on, all lights come on as normal including the radio. We thought maybe the BCM had stopped recognizing the key for some reason due to that skreech technology so we got a new key, same problem. When I key it on the fuel pump audibly primes so no problem there and when I just jump the starter across the relay terminals with the key in the on position, it cranks with still no start. So I’m looking at what? Maybe new plugs and wires all the way to the other extreme of maybe a new PCM? Please help or recommend me in the right direction. Thanks.

Try a new ignition switch

Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but 12.1 volts seems pretty low. A fully charged 12 volt battery at rest should be about 12.6 to 12.7 volts. When you get down to 12.2 it is 50% discharged (give or take). Try having someone jump you or put it on a charger for a while. 12.1 volts might be enough to run the lights and radio but maybe too low to start it up. If it can’t hold a charge of 12.6 volts overnight, you might need a new battery.
