Since installing a lift kit, I having some banging in the rear and it seems to mostly come from the passenger side. This weekend I pulled the right rear tire and noticed there isnt more that 1mm clearance between parts of the new upper spring and the cup. The factory rubber isolator doesnt seem to be thick enough.

Looking for recommendations on some new one. I dont need more lift, possibly thinking maybe doubling up two stock one would be an option. Ive done some Goggling but haven't come up with much for aftermarket.

Thanks.

Are you running the stock ones?
If so they deteriorate some over time
Get two new ones from MOPAR or JBA
or you can double them up

Moog K160017 is quite affordable on rockauto.

I doubled up, stealing them from the parts KJ.

After all the pain and trouble it came down to bad shocks. They were only 4 months old and came with the Rocky Road lift package. They only had a 90 warranty. BAH...junk! Installed a set of Bilsteins and things are perfect!

There is a reason everyone is so insistent that people do not use cheap lifts and especially not spacer lifts!

I dont have spacers on my lift kit, full upgraded springs. I was referring to the isolators in the rear. I still may throw in a new set since rubber tends to dry out and harden especially with all the road chemicals in the winter where I live.
Speaking on upgrades and where I live, the Webasto is on its way. I found a place that sells them with the Smart Controller for the same price that others are selling just the heater for. Really looking forward to having that. 30 days of -15 range really was a challenge on the CRD this year.
