The refrigerant pressure says it is full, I just replaced the blend door actuator and cleaned and made sure the blend doors work properly, but my ac is only blowing ambient air, and the compressor keeps turning on and off every 10 seconds.

Anyone certain about a possible issue?

Are you measuring pressure both before and after the compressor?
It is possible you have too much refrigerant, causing the system pressure to become too high, and that is causing it to shut off the compressor.

Before I repaired the hvac system, the refrigerant was empty I believe... At least, there was 0 pressure and nothing would come out from either line.

It says it holds 26 ounces, and the can I bought is 20 oz, and it took maybe around half of that... Not sure if pressure and the oz of fluid from the can translate to the same thing or not...

Most cans list the weight, so you probably need to add 6 more ounces.

He’s saying it only took 10oz though so he’s 16oz short in theory.

Did you let it run a bit and then check again?
