I have a 2003 Liberty Sport 5-speed 6-cylinder. I bought it lifted, and as best as I can tell it has 4 inches of lift. I'm running 245 75 r17s on Jeep 75th anniversary bronze Wheels, with 1in spacer adapters.

It seems that my CV axle angle may be too extreme. I occasionally get a bang in the front end in certain turns at certain spring compression. It doesn't happen all the time. If you have any suggestions on where to look, for a way to lose about a half an inch of lift, or lower the front diff, I'd really appreciate the help.

I don't want to lose too much lift, because I don't want to have to put new tires on it, and these barely clear. And let's face it, I really like the stance.

Welcome to LOST! Tell us more details about your lift, and the folks here will likely have some things for you to consider.
