I need a new high side AC line and my mechanic says that part is no longer made by jeep..and the number he gave me does not look like the part I need. Sorry to bother you experts but I love my 2005 CRD..am a woman in my 70's and you guys have helped me in the past..so can you guys help me find the correct number and the part I need? I did make a video of the line but you likely do not need to see it..thanks. Mary G. |

it turns that that the part is no longer made or stocked by chrysler..it is the part 55037818AC . I cannot find it anywhere and I guess I have to have it made unless one of you can help me find one. My vin last 8 numbers is 5W680726 and he said I could cross reference the 2 numbers. The number you so kindly gave me of 55037809AD is not for the right part. Any other ideas? |

I had to replace mine a few months ago. I was able to find one on Ebay... if you go that route, be sure to message the sellers first to see if they actually have them since the part is discontinued. |
