We've had an ongoing issue with Fuse 34 where it will blow seemingly randomly. Of course, this knocks out the TPMS, FOB, Radio, Interior Lights, etc. We thought we found the cause related to a dealer low jack that was installed behind the radio using scotch locks onto the existing radio harnesses power and ground. But even after removing the low jack and radio, we're still having the issue. Previously it was very sporadic, but now we can't even put a fuse back into it without it immediately blowing.

Any additional suggestions, or maybe a good reference manual for the wiring?

Get yourself a good Automotive Short Circuit Tester. It connects in place of the fuse and pulses the current while you use a meter to run along the wiring harness to find the exact location of the short to ground.
First step is to look at a wiring diagram and see what all the fuse feeds and where the wires go.
There are some good YouTube videos showing how to find a short using the below type tools.

:google: automotive short circuit finder

One example:
Tool Aid SG 25100 Short Tester

another good one with a tone generator:
allsun Pro Automotive Short and Open Finder Circuit Tester Wire Tracker Circuit Finder DC 6-42 V Short Circuit Detector Short Detector tool Power Probe Short Finder
