well just an update, swapped ecu, jeep started

hi all got 2004 2.5 crd in , non starter.. when it came in hp fuel pump was out, sent it off for test, all ok, so refitted, bled the system, very little fuel at the rail, all going down the pump return, checked voltage at the volumetric feed, 16v on one terminal, only a 3v pulse on the other as you turn ignition on, checked fuel pressure switch on the rail, all ok, checked voltage on feed wire to crank sensor only 2.5 volts, checked at cam sensor input 12v on the feed, injectors 2.5 v disconnected all sensors, earths all good, checked loom visually for any possible shorts, all seemed ok pins on ecu are all clean page of codes on the reader, every sensor, plus codes 0651, and 0641 which seemed to indicate a problem on the 5v feeds.. Any ideas welcome |

That is great news! We don't have those 2.5's, in the US, so we don't have much experience with them to be able to offer help.
