Looking for some guidance, did my first timing belt and water pump replacement and somehow screwed up the timing, thought I had marked everything and used the timing tool kit from Ebay ( cam pins flex plate pin and cam locks) before closing her up I did a few rotations by hand and everything seemed fine so I went to start her and she didn't start right away when she did she ran really bad and wouldn't idle. I rotated the engine by hand and installed the pin in the intake cam but the exhaust pin wouldn't go in so I took the intake pin out and rotated the engine to where the exhaust pin went into the cam but then the intake cam pin wouldn't go in so apparently I screwed up and got the intake and exhaust cams out of wack and now I don't know how to re-time the engine, is her a procedure I should follow to get her back to life

Just pin the cams and make sure the crank witness is at 3 o'clock. Never start the engine until you've rotated it 2 full rotations and made certain the pins go back in, with the crank back at 3 perfectly.
-i've had some binding with pistons against valves when it's out of time. So go easy and move the crank and cams around until you get them back to where they get pinned. As long as you don't forced anything, you'll be fine moving them around by hand out of time.
