Post subject: | Replacement muffler? |
Hey all- Put a pretty good dent in the stock muffler this weekend. Its holding for now, but I think it needs to be replaced. I've heard Flowmasters are good, but I'm looking for any and all recommendations, advice, models, and price. Thanks! |

I have an Original 40 Series Flowmaster on my libby. It sounds great and only cost $125 installed. Didn't see any improvment on mpg though. |

What ever you get mount the new muffler as close to the rear axle as possible...it will make it much harder to hit. The Flowmaster Delta 50 SUV is a great muffler for the 3.7L...the "SUV" means that the body of the muffler is thicker to cut down on cabin noise...extra bebfit is that ii is stronger. |
