 Post subject: skidplate dont fit

hi
my problem is that we normaly dont have the transmission skidplates here in austria, so i had to made a special order.

now i want to mount but it dont fit :cry: :cry:

the # is 1-82210003

it looks like that it is to short.
have i the wrong plate :?: :?: :?:

2004 2.8 crd with 2.5 lift, 245/75-16 cooper stt and a powertrax no slip locker :P

It looks like you have the right one. I found another number in this thread: http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=884&highlight=transmission+skid and that number was 52128925AC but after looking at the justforjeeps.com website it looks like the number for the one you have supercedes this one. You might check with some of the people who posted in that thread to see how they handled it. You might also check out the CRD section on teh forum - lots of good reading for a diesel KJ owner 8) Good luck to ya.

You have the correct one, all you need to do is get some Grade-8 lugs, bolts and washers, and drill your crossmember for that other hole.
