Hello Everyone... I was reading the minutes and have some questions/comments.

1. About the decals... There is a print shop practically next door to the police department I work for. We share the same parking lot. They have made some decals for the department as well as some of my co-workers and have done a pretty good job. If it's ok, I would like to take whatever design you have and see what they can work up for approval.

2. The same shop could possibly do the business cards as well.

3. Would it be possible to post the "Hold Harmless" forms and the bylaws on the website in either .doc or .pdf? (Preferably PDF) Just to make accessibility a little easier. I have a friend that is a project manager for IBM that could probably take care of it.

4. What defines an Associate Member? If they are a club officer, active in the club, or other?

5. How much power will we need from the generator? I know a few people that have some small portable ones (3600 Watts) that I may be able to borrow. They use them when at PIR for race weekend.

6. I am still planning to attend the Fun In The Sun run in January. I do have some things that I need to get squared away up here before I know for sure, but so far so good. I don't have a 4x4 so I would be willing to volunteer my time at the camp site to help out with whatever is needed and go out on a few runs to take pics. I don't have much money, but if you give me a number I will do what I can.

7. The magnetic cards... Were those designed to be a gift or for identification of a vehicle on a run? If for ID then I suggest someone bring a numbered list of people attending, couple of pens, white-out, and white shoe polish and just put their number on the vehicle for identifying the rig and owner. Can be used for check-in just as easily.

8. 50-pack of "yard bags" outta take care of clean-up. These can be picked up at Walmart, Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. Are there dumpsters on site that we will be able to put the bags into or do we need to go to a dump? If they are available I would also suggest plastic gloves (EMS quality) just for safety. I may be able to provide some of these also.

9. What kind of items do we need to bring for the raffle. Jeep related, gift certificates, KJ specific, food, other, all of the above?

OK, well I am going to breathe now. I'm sure most if not all of these questions were answered at the meeting, but since I didn't go (hacking up lung(s) and no voice) could someone let me know.

Thanks A Bunch

I have answered the questions I could below.

1. I belive we already have someone who is printing our Decals, Email Vern and he will be able to see if you can beat the prices we already have.

2. This would be cool the business card template is on our website at http://www.azlostkj.com/docs/AZLOSTKJ-cards-bw.PDF

3. These Forms are already up on our website at the following area http://www.azlostkj.com/azlostkj-forms.html

4. Associate memebers are people who are not instate but want to be a member of our group they dont have any voting rights but get a decal etc. Full members are ones that live in the state and who have voting rights.

5. Not sure on this one anyone else?

6. That is great the more the marrier and I know we always need people to be taking photos.

7. Two fold one its a neat thing to keep as you leave 2 it helps ideinify who you are when you are on the trail during our event.

8. This wasn't aimed at just the January event this was also aimed at in general when we go out on a trip bring a bag and try to at least carry out a bags full of garbage.

9. Anything that would be cool to win when you pay for a raffle ticket :).

Thank you for your intreast and keep the questions coming.

Later,
Dan
