Beth and I ran Bulldog Canyon (Wells #46) today with another group. It's a fun moderate rated trail. Lots of rocks, sand, off camber turns on hills and moguels. We had 15 4x4's and 30 people show up. Everyone made Beth and myself feel welcome. After the run most of us drove over to Goldfield and had dinner at Mamouth Steakhouse.

Most of the vehicles were Wranglers (TJ's and JK's), a couple of Cherokees, one Liberty and a couple of other 4x4 trucks. Our stock height JK did just fine. I didn't get to observe the white Liberty too much, they were at the end of the pack and i was in my favorite #3 position.
I know he took the bypass in the photo below.

If anyone is interested in running this trail, let me know and I'll post up a run. Note: a permit is required to run this trail. The permit is free and can be picked up at the Mesa Ranger Station. The rangers were out there checking permits.

Kevin... if you read this, your friend Randy from the HAM group that went on the Montana Mountain run with us was there. He said to say hello. I promised him I wouldn't tell you he got high centered and had to take a strap.

We had a fun day with really nice group of people. One lady even brought her bulldog along to run Bulldog Canyon!!!

Here are some pics from todays run....

He did, eh? Well I guess I'll just have to get on the ham net wednesday night and harrass him about it 8) Never would have figured a nicely-built TJ like this would need a strap :P

Oh and I think the white Liberty belongs to another ham by the name of Steve.

Nice pics as always AJ!

You may be right. The owner of that Liberty is a guy named Steve and his call sign is... KE7SAN. He runs that 4x4 group.

Thanks for the comment on the pics!!
