Need AZ Help

Hey guys. I'm out here at the Scottsdale hospital on Osborne on short notice for a family emergency.

I need some fresh clothes. Can someone tell me where the closest Wally World or KMart is?

Anyone want to meet for lunch?

The closest Wal-Mart to that hospital is:

I'm on the far west side of town, so I've never been there but mapquested it for ya. And as far as lunch, if you're willing to shell out some $$$, you're pretty close to Scottsdale Rd and there is some NICE stuff there (usually outta my budget, but sometimes worth it).

Hi Mark. My 87 year old mother took a dive Wednesday before last and was choppered from Payson to here. Subdural Hematoma. Still unconscious after 6 days. Rough stuff.

If anyone else in the PHX area wants to hook up I'm going to drive over and pick Matt up around 1pm. Haven't figured out where we'll be eating but theres plenty to choose from in the area.

EDIT: (10:47am) Just got a call from Matt and he won't be able to make lunch.

I'm sorry to hear that. I'll be praying for you and your mother and I hope it all turns out for the best.

We had to decide to send her to a hospice today. Very hard. We'll be around for another week or so but probably in Payson.

Also will need to cancel the FITS trip. Just can't be home getting the rig ready and being in AZ at the same time.

And my Rock Lizard rear bumper will be on the rear porch tomorrow setting rust.

I'm sorry to hear that. I work in a healthcare related position and know how difficult the hospice is. All I can say is dont even think about the KJ and the FITS trip. Enjoy the time you have becuase you can't get it back.

Matt, sorry to hear about everything. Hospice is a really difficult decision, but they worked with my grandfather and really were a great help. I hope things start looking up. If you need anything during the time you are here/in Payson let me know. I know the area fairly well and I will actually be there so feel free to ask any questions or for assistance. Again, I am sorry to hear about this.
