Woo hoo!
The AZ state association of 4 wheel drive clubs (ASA4WDC) has approved our application for membership!!!
Here's a copy of the information I received via email this morning:

Hi Vern:
My name is Don Hicks and I am the Membership Chair for the ASA4WDC.
I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you and your associates into the ASA4WDC. I am in process of getting your club packet together. The packet will contain the ASA membership cards, dash plaques and ASA4WDC window decals for each of your members. I would also include the United 4 Wheel Drive window decals, unfortunately we are out of them at the present. Our Treasurer is in process of reordering and I will try to remember to get your members the decals when they are available.
You will also be receiving the ASA4WDC Newsletter "The Wheeldust" electronically, for those with email capabilities, and via snail mail for those that do not have electronic email.
There is a club event calendar on the ASA website www.asa4wdc.org , a copy of the newsletter is also posted on the website. There is quite a bit of other information there, listings of the various clubs and etc.
Would you please send me a mail address for the welcome aboard packet? I can use your home address if that is satisfactory, just let me know.
Best Regards,
Don

This is a big day for our club, one that I hope opens up all the possibilities that we decide we want for our club. Thanks to everybody for your support and encouragement in this process. We did it!
:D

Nothing yet, I'll give him an email this week to check in. Like us he is volunteering, and he has all the clubs statewide so I'm sure he is behind
