Over the past week there has been a lot of discussion over on the AZVJC site about forming a weekly net for those of us who enjoy both Amateur Radio and Jeeping. As of right now it looks like the net will be held Wednesday nights on the Shaw Butte repeater (147.24 +, pl 162.2). This repeater is also linked to the 146.92 repeater on Mt. Ord. Everything is still being finalized but here is a link to the thread on the VJC site for those who might be interested. A big 'Thank You' to Randy (KC0NNT) for doing all the hard work to get this off the ground!
