I will be working Road Crossing 3-A at the Mint 400 on March 29th. I will be by myself if anyone would like to go along and volunteer. I will be leaving Holbrook on the morning of the 28th and returning on the 30th. I am going to camp somewhere, I haven't decided where yet. It will be a fun trip and it is the return of the Mint 400.

The Mint used to be the biggest offroad race in the U.S. back in the late 60's,70's, and early 80's. S.N.O.R.E. is bringing it back this year! Hopefully it will become a "must do" event once again.

At the RC3-A crossing the racers will go from desert to pavement @ RC3 and be on a short section (1 mile) of pavement (Night Ranch rd.) then @RC3-A they will return to the desert. So, I will have trucks and buggies coming towards me flat out on the pavement and I get to flag them off to the dirt. also stopping any traffic that might be on Night Ranch road. WOOHOO I can't wait!
