More than likely at my house in Queen Creek, unless someone wants to volunteer a more central location. I plan on getting started at 8:00. That way we can get over before it gets way too hot. So far we will be lifting a CRD with a Frankenlift. No arms, just lift. Volunteers welcome... |

Hey everyone, It's my CRD we will be doing the lift on. I would love to meet some of y'all while I am here in the Phoenix area. Everyone has been so helpful so far. It will be worth it to come even if all you get out of the day is getting good laugh out of having to listen to my deep suthun' draaaaaaawl I'll be providing eats and soft drinks for your exquisite dinning pleasure Y'all do like pinto beans and cornbread, ham hocks, chittlins and mountain oysters right? Just kidding. Even I can only stomach 2 of the above. The rest are just nasty. We'll feed ya well though. Looking forward to it! |

If we do this at my house I have the tools we will need. If anyone wants to learn about lifts, crds, whatnot-- now is a great time. You can come over and watch. You don't have to get dirty unless you want to. If you have some work you would like to do, maybe we could help with that too. jwalker, bring all the corn bread you want. Good corn bread is hard to get in AZ. |

I have some straps I could lend to the cause. Should be able to make it since they've canceled our OT the last three weeks. And Jwalker, pintos and cornbread are one of my all-time fav comfort foods. Crumble up the cornbread, throw some beans on top with a bit of cheddar cheese and maybe a dash of hot sauce, stick a spoon in 'em and go to town |

I got the parts today, so we are certainly go for Saturday. I figure we will start around 8:30. I live 10 miles south of Florence, so figure that into your travel time. 4945 E Rousay Drive http://maps.google.com/?ie=UTF8&ll=33.2 ... 01929&z=16 |

Um, you mean 10 miles west of Florence Jct, right? I looked up your addy on Google Earth and I get about 16 miles NW of Florence, and pretty much due west of Florence Jct. If I'm able to make it out Saturday it'll probably be 10am or so before I get there, but I figure you won't need the straps before then. And if Robert has his you can always use them if you get to that point early. |

Yuck---I have to work Saturday in the AM and then I have a commitment in Prescott Saturday afternoon. I would have really liked to have offered help and/or observe being a CRD and all. But keeping all in mind and always checking the boards and still putting miles on the KJ!! Have fun!! Roland |

I have an air drill that works, but the compressor takes a bit sometimes. If anyone gets lost: 480 888 7014. My green jeep CRD will be parked out front. |

Gonna have to bail guys. Just got home from work after getting a boost in the parking lot, looks like my battery is shot. Good news is it's less than two years old so that means zero cost for me (thank you Autozone You guys would probably be done by the time I got out there anyway |
