Okay so AZKJ said ol Neatus needs to post proof of being in Antarctica so here goes. The Trans Antarctic mountains in the back ground 
Mt Erebus and active volcano 
A group of us that went out to maintain a hiking trail on Ross Island Antarctica, I have the green baseball cap on bottom left 
A couple of Antarctic Skuas 
I am here and soaking it all up. I can't wait to get home and go on a nice hot desert trail run though

is there enough traffic in that area to warrent a stop sign? is it the correct signage for international territory? |

There are about 1000 people here at the height of the season....our town is like a small mining town (the best thing I can think of to compare it to) This is a US station so yes it is the correct sign for our location. Here is a pic of the station.
