AZ L.O.S.T. has scheduled a club run and the annual club meeting/picnic for 3/21/2009.

To simplify things we'll do a pot luck type of picnic after the run. When you sign up for this, please indicate how many people will be with you and what you can bring to share. Bring your own beverages. (We did this awhile back and had a great time and lots of food).

As usual, all models of Jeeps are welcome as are other capable makes of 4x4's.

Don't be bashful... who wants to get in on this???

When: 3/21/2009
Trail: Four Peaks Road (Wells #44 - rated easy)
Location: Hwy 87 & Four Peaks Road
Length: 4~5 hours and a picnic after by Roosevelt Lake
Meet: Parking Area on Four Peaks Road
Time: 0900
Rollout: 0930

Attendees and what you'll bring:

Signcutter21 +1 (Katelynn's famous pasta)
AZKJ +1 (hamburgers, rolls, baked beans)
oldhockeyvb +1 (BBQ grill and other stuff)
neatus + 2 (carne asada, tortillas and salsa)
Silverdiesel +1 (a bunch of stuff)
Renstock (Hebrew National Hot dogs)

All keep in mind this is our voting meeting for all club members. If you cant make the trail run, swing on by the picnic and give your input during the meeting.

I'll bring all the utensils and some chips. I'll also bring some water. I should have Sat off all this month but if anything changes I'll let you know. Can we send out a reminder PM or e-mail when the time comes closer, like a week out? I have a bad habit of forgetting things

djui5... great, added you to the list and I'll PM you one week out. Will you be by yourself? It's up to you about the water, but everyone usually carries enough water when out wheeling.
