So far it looks like we're okay for a water crossing at the beginning of the trail. They got 1" of rain at Tonto Creek last night. The water depth of the creek jumped to up 1.68' last night, but it has since dropped back to it's previous level of 1.53'.

Stay tuned for a water recovery demonstration Silverdiesel and I are going to do in the morning!! Pics to follow after the run!!

Sadly, finances will not allow us to make this trip, we were really looking foward to seeing everyone again and we have been wanting to do this trail for a while, but for us its not smart to spend the fuel and food money right now.

Hope to see everyone soon.

Well, whomever is going... hope you have fun.

I got my gears and DTT's in, so I have to take a few 50 mile trips, followed by cool downs-- till they brake in. Hope to see everyone next month.

Vern... thanks for leading the run today, Beth and I really enjoyed it.

It was a pleasure meeting Ryan and Cat, new comers to the Valley. We hope to see more of them!!

Roland... you gotta do something about that white dancing antenna!! Being the only Liberty today, you showed your stuff on that rocky trail. I think you may have impressed Ryan with your shiny red Silverdiesel.

Sorry I didn't get too many pics today like I usually do, I was too busy trying to figure out why my new off road GPS was acting funny.

Here are a few of the pics I took today. I hope Ryan posts up some of his that he took with his big camera!!

Here's Roland displaying the new AZ LOST JEEPS decal...

Thanks for a fun day, we hope to see everyone again real soon!!
