Hey Robert!!! Just my opinion and observation... Beth and I attended our first Trick or Jeep last year, and that was also on her mind... chili too hot for her to eat. To our surprise, everyone's different recipe, whether it be hot, medium or mild all blended together very well. It was not too hot, not too mild. Some people brought peppers, onions, cheese etc so folks could kick it up a notch or two if they desired. So, if you ask me... I'd go for it, but not overboard, or maybe just bring it as a side for people to use if they want.

Last year's pot of Trick or Jeep Chili I made = Mmmmm..... good, even better when added to the community pot!!! Mike L. offered to put it in his refridge overnight since we didn't camp last year. Hmmmm... I thought it would be best I didn't leave it with him for a couple of reasons.... :P

You might have to sneak it by Vern too!! Last year he was the cook and kept a careful eye out for Hormel soupy dog food....

Another thing... as current VP and acting Prez when Mike steps down, you need to be leading by example, and stop picking on the troops!! :P

The Trick or Jeep rule book clearly states:

- chili recipes are not to contain cilantro

Okay, thanks for the warning!!

As the VP and soon to be acting Prez, one would think you would lead by example and follow the rules. I would really hate to bring dishonor on your reputation as a fine upstanding individual and have to start an impeachment process, but rules are rules....

Robert... not a problem. The pic above is a photoshop, we're coming as is. I took that pic this morning when Beth was on her way to work. I've been racking my brain on how to decorate both of our Jeeps and that popped into my head too late to do anything about it. i should of started looking for cling on kind of stickers earlier. Oh well, there's always next year.

Pumpkin cornbread sounds good!! Never had that before.... see you at the camp. Roland and I are heading up there first thing in the morning.
