Post subject:  My ride to Glamis sand dunes
We hooked up with a group of guys that I went to high school with and drove from the desert on the outskirts of Holtville, CA to the Glamis dunes. Here are a couple pics from the drive, what a great time. We had about 6 side-by-sides and 3 Jeeps & 2 trucks. The Jeeps were our Liberty, a Wrangler and an old Commander? Anyways, here you go:

Yep, Im in Maricopa these days but I grew up in the town right next to Glamis. I grew up riding quads and bikes out there, fun stuff! Always bring a shovel to that sand!

Bet that was fun. I went with friends for a couple years when I first got my KJ. We stayed at Buttercup/Gordon's Well, though. Haven't made it to Glamis yet... Here's a couple shots from '04. Good times!

Yea, it was a great run. Lots of friends, atv's and sand...Looking forward to getting out to some of the traisl here in AZ! i will keep my eye out for any group runs so my wife and I can meet some of you guys and gals. BTW, the Jeep belongs to my wife. I get to do the maintainance and she gets to drive around in it looking hot...lol
