We typically run the third weekend of every month alternating Saturday's and Sunday's. Here is a list of the next twelve months dates, mark your calendars for these dates and suggest some run ideas:

January 17- Walnut Canyon (Wells #57, rated medium)
When: Jan 17, 2010
Time: : Leaving at 0900 sharp
Meet: Shell Station in Gold Canyon
Length: 20 miles, 5~6 hours

February 21-
March 20 (Spring Equinox)- Annual Meeting, Elections
April 18-
May 15-
June 20 (Fathers Day)-
July 17-
August 22-
September 18-
October 16-17 (Trick or Jeep)-
November 21-
December 5- Semi-Annual Meeting, Nominations

I'd like to lead a camp verde to strawberry trip in may, probably a weekend overnight campout in the high country around strawberry. Maybe memorial weekend. anyone interested?

I originally asked the club officers for this calendar thread. Vern was kind enough to post it up and make it a Stickey.

Well, here we are in the middle of May!! The calendar idea to schedule runs a month or two in advance so folks could make plans to attend is a bust. Judging by the lack of runs being posted here, or in the forum, it doesn't look like anybody is interested in doing much of anything as a group anymore. We had a pretty good thing going here for awhile.

Beth and I really enjoyed getting out on the trail with everyone we've met over the past three years here on LOST. You were a great bunch of people to know. With the ever increasing lack of involvement, It seems like things have finally crashed and burned after a slow death spiral...... I'm really sad to see that.

Don't worry AJ. Every spring it's the same. It usually takes till mid summer before things pick back up.

Well, when we get some all-terrains on my girlfriend's CRD you see us roaming around. She is just now not doing the "white knuckle" syndrome when I drive up to Crown King and she doesn't yell at me anymore when I point out scienic views while driving there. All good things take time.
