| Post subject: | When Is The Next Membership Meeting?? |
As the title of the thread states... "when is the next membership meeting??" The last impromptu meeting was in March, almost nine months ago. I believe we're supposed to schedule and hold meetings semi-annually. We're long overdue. Is the meeting an open forum where folks can bring up issues, or do they have to be submitted to the board in advance? Will the financial books with bank statements be open for members to look at? Thank you. |
