Hey guys, found a local guy that seems to make a nice set of KJ rock sliders. He's in Glendale...scroll down towards the bottom and you'll see the Liberty

Hey, that's my Jeep! Those are the famous "Stone Soup" sliders made by Doc. I have given them a beatin' and they have been holding up great. Couldn't be happier with them (unless they were made out of 100 dollar bills). Roland has a set as well.

The craigslist add shows $200. If he charges that much fo a set for KJ that would be a very good price.
He sells them unpainted- it is a U-Paint job when youy get them but his work is of high quality.

His rates must have went down. I paid $275. Still worth it; has been the best money I have spent on the heep.

WOW, for sure I'll be getting some if you only paid $275. I'll plan on line-xing mine when I get them. I take it they are bolt on or does he weld them to your subframing underneath?

Roland!!!! Just went to Stone Soup's Myspace page and he had about 7-8 shots of the rails on your Libby. I like that they come off the rig a little bit so you can step on it to gain access to the roofbasket or what have you. Are you able to use yours like that or would you recommend that they come out justa bit further? They look really good though!!! Maybe could be a touch longer to cover teh whole length, but the camera angles could have been bad so it didn't look like they ran the whole length of the body between the wheel wells.

I will definitely be contacting him tomorrow about a set for sure. Thanks guys!!
