Medical ailments got me on the side lines but a short report,
- A legal report was given praising the legal services the association is tied to on how, as time has past that very few trails in the central Arizona have closed, the trail haters tried everything from "jeeps leave 12 inch ruts to dust control rules" and all of this was made null and void by our lobbyists in the state as well as county forums there fighting for us. Go to your favorite trail- you will find it is still open. This is a good example of your association dollars at work. There have been failures like the grading of Charlou Gap in Tucson by the USFS as an example but that was fought tooth and nail - its just that Jeepers lost. There is that BLM closure issue around Lake Havasu City and two 4WD clubs are out there on thier own refusing assoication legal help. They do not want to be members. Get with me and I will give you details. See a lot of details on Pirate4X4. -There are a lot of events coming up includung ours, T or J 2010 but another member club is hosting a Holloween weekend nite rally that sounds like alot of fun.
Lots more= Ask me for datials!
