My bro-in-law is in town from Texas and I want to show him all the great scenery that AZ has to offer.

For anyone who hasn't taken this trip to Montana Mountain, it's a 30-mile loop between gold canyon and superior, takes about 4-5 hours depending on how fast we go. this is a GREAT trail for scenery. very easy trail, but really fun, and offers elevetations over 5k feet. You'll see great desert scenery, good canyons and rock formations, then woods and hill stuff like in payson.

We will be going alone unless anyone else wants to come.

12/24 XMAS EVE
RSVP to this post if you want to meet up at the shell station in gold canyon 9am.

stock libby's should be okay, but no long-wheelbased vehicles like diesel trucks because there are some wicked switchbacks at the top. 4x4, skids, and some kind of lift are recommended for the libbys.

I wish I could make it, but I have diapers to change.

I am off next week, but there will be no 4x4 fun. All in good time though. I do get to sneak off for a couple hours to go flying so that'll be fun.

I DID go to the doctor. He told me I'm getting old. At some point soon I may have to borrow some of Riley's diapers. :(

The Jeep is torn apart (cleaning all the mud off the bottom) and I have not slept yet, otherwise I would have gone with you. Have fun.
