There seems to be a concensus of folks from the other thread to formally disband the club and donate the remaining funds to organizations serving our sport. In doing so we return to our roots as an internet club with no formal by-laws, dues, and club officers. With this we can still schedule local runs but are unable to host organized events with out-of-state guests.

Based on the previous discussion I move that AZLOST JEEPS donate all remaining club funds to the Blue Ribbon Coalition and the AZ State Association of 4WD Clubs land action funds in a 50-50 split.

Is there a second?

Since I still participate in ASA4WDC as an independent member I will be happy to channel the funds and certify by posting scanned copies of appropriate receipts on the forum to show proof of properly distributed funds.
I concur with Todd's Second on the motion.

I will report on the latest Land Issues both discussed at the last ASA4WDC and other current LI 's soon...

Also PM sent to Vern...

Because of continuos accusations in the past couple of years, and the sour distrust by certain individuals. In the interest of the club. I believe it best to distribute the funds to two of the original founders, Oldhockey (Vern) and Roachman (Dan). Who in turn can distribute the funds accordingly. Hopefully those that are distrusting will entrust two of the founders. And for GOD sakes please do not post any receipts on the internet !!! Hold a trail run and share the receipts with the untrusting. PERIOD!!

The reciepts will be blacked off in key spots so the distrusted can't make a bad move but proof enough funds will be properly channeled. I'm not that dumb but I want to be that fair to all concerned that monies if rendered through me are quickly, properly channeled. The governing folks at ASA4WDC know me and they will work with me on proper, fair, appropriate and discrete documentation. I offer myself as the conduit to get funds channeled.
Motion was club disbandment and said channeling of funds to BRC and ASA4WDC. A second and a concur was also on the table for this.
What say you Oldhockeyvb and Roachman?
