I certify I have seen receipts documenting donation of the clubs remaining proceeds (50% each) to the AZ State Association of Four Wheel drive clubs and Blue Ribbon Coalition in accordance with the motion previously agreed to by the membership. This closes the books on the AZ LOSTJEEPS club and we are formally dis-banded. Said receipts have been shared with each of the remaining immediate past board members. Immediate past board members please reply to this post with your agreement that the agreed fund dispersal has been completed and the club is dis-banded. AZ LOSTJEEPS will continue to exist only as an informal internet club with no by-laws, officers, dues or representation. It was a great ride and I'll never forget the people and places. Thank you all for the wonderful memories and the privilege to serve in the club! |

I confirm and agree the verification of receipts of distribution of funds to the two worthy organizations listed. This is an appropriate ending of funds to show formal club disbandment. Even though this is an end to a chapter in AZ LOST the essence and spirit will live on through contact and discussion and trail runs planning with the use of the internet. So lets not lose ourselves and stay in communication as I have made lots of friends here and I surely do not want to lose that. You all know that crazy diesel motor option brought me to Jeep KJ and that brought me to this group and this is something I will never forget and hope to see your faces again in future trail runs and such. I made lots of friends here. Roland |
