I'm leaving early (6'ish) friday (4/21) morning from tucson. I'm going to pick up my nephew in prescott on the way.

I am leaving at or around 4pm Friday the 21st going to Pinetop sleeping for 4 or 5 hours and then driving up to Moab Sat morning 22nd. Splitting the trip into two sections for the wife :).

You should just tell her about KJ-BOL and I driving 650 miles a day for two days to get there. I am envious of those of you so close compared to me!!!

Last year I left my folks place in Payson and headed N on 87 to Winslow. A short stretch on 40 and the onto 87 again. I then took BIA-15 to 77. Up 77 a ways and then onto BIA15 again. Take that to 191 and then north to Moab.

Left at 9am and arrived in Moab at 3pm. (2pm AZ time)

It's a pretty quick route and the roads are good. The scenery along the way is AWESOME

That is almost the same route i intend to take from Kingman :)
