I know but maybe if we post up about it some of the lurkers will come out and see how much fun it is to tear up some trails. sling some mud and do it next to a bunch of guys/gals who enjoy the same jeep lifestyle. 8)

I am not lurking, I am really busy. :D I am self employed and I do not have any control over my life right now. I would like to get out and play with all the new parts I have put onto my KJ, but I have no idea when I can do anything at the moment.

In about 3 weeks I should be ready to go out wheeling a bit more. I ordered some skids and I will be ordering a Kilby skids on Friday if everything goes well.

Isn't the point of being self-employed to have control? :P

I have tried the PNW numerous times.. I now live in bend and see at least 12 fixed up jeeps like mine but no one apparently lives in bend.. arg.. I dont get it...

I cant even find a good 4x4 group here.. And on top of that no one wants to work on the liberty. I had a 4x4 outfit laugh at me when i said i had a liberty. " no one goes offroad with those " thats what i was told .. I asked if they could install an arb front bumper and lockers front and back. and thats what i god... .. i was so pissed off the only thing i could say is well ill have to drive to portland and pay extra to have someone do what i want done.

Thats what im finding around Bend oregon..

Try All American Truck And SUV in Redmond. I used to work for them in Aloha,Or and we worked on just about anything.

P.S To All: Looks like I may be moving back to the PNW, possibly Portland area or the Tri-cities in E. Washington either way I would love to do some club events.

I'll be leaving for Nashville to pick up my new (to me) CRD KJ in a couple days. We need a KJ get together in the Seattle area.

If I wheel that far south it's going to be a family camping trip on the weekend with both Jeeps. Otherwise I couldn't handle the 11+ hours round trip, along with a day in the saddle on the trail...

Hey there all. I was just re-reading thru all these posts. I finally got my now year old KK down to Sand Lake for Memorial Day weekend and she did great cruising thru the dunes. I would definitely be interested in tagging along on a trail ride in our area sometime. I live in Fed Way and work in Lacey. Keep this group going and maybe when can get people together for a ride. I would also be interested in just meeting and seeing other's modified Libertys since mine is stock.
