I'm coming from the SoCal area so I'm used to a large group of people and an active chapter of lost. Is there still anyone here in the Washington, Oregon, B.C. area? This club really needs to get jumped started. :D

I agree why arnt the leaders of this chapter setting stuff up or posting on the forum. Im disappointed especially with all the great terrain we have

I don't think there are any leaders of this chapter anymore... Looking through past posts here, looks like it was Bullett, but she hasn't posted in about a year I think.

Even if there isn't an official hierarchy any longer, it doesn't explain why this area is dead. I know there are more than just a handful of us, and why don't we talk, and organize monthly or at least quarterly runs among ourselves.

So where are you at kkohne10?

Hey Daspes.... where exactly are you moving? I may be up there this fall to play on Rainier and would be down for some wheeling.... I'll be in Paradise when I go (the town...not the state  )

I'm already up here in Oak Harbor, WA. I'm about 2 hours NW of Rainier. Let me know when you get ready to get up here Ben and I'll try to get something put together.

I agree. This might be from the massive influx of women buying up all the Liberty's around here.

I had a comment for that, but my lovely wife checks this site occasionally so I'll keep my mouth shut. :D

Im here in Portland Oregon. There arent many lifted KJ's out here. I think i have only seen 1 other than myself. But I love the northwest im close to all terrains. Mountain, Beach, Woods, Desert

I fell in love the first time I saw the PNW. Had a port visit to Portland last summer, and I decided I wanted to try to get up here.

So when and where is our first regional run?

May 17th or 18th would be good for me I think. Some place central too for the first run.

Not in a long time. I haven't even been up to Lake Quinault in 2 or 3 years.

If you guys can get 5-10 rigs together, I'll put something together up here in WA at Reiter or Evan's Creek.

Problem is this isn't LA... everyone is hundreds of miles apart. Spokane is four fricken hours away, Portland is about the same with traffic and the best places to wheel are here in WA... Tillamook is a good spot, but it's pretty nasty for KJ's for all but about 3 months out of the year when it's dry.

So we have big issues. PLus guys don't wheel KJ's around here. This is TJ/Toyota country for the most part because the trees are so tight, the roots get wet and body damage happens when you put those together.

Get a list of 5 guys around here in Western WA and I'll put a run on.
Good luck!

So, I have finally decided that I would actually participate on this forum and would love to try to get together for some wheeling or just taking some nice dirt trails in the mountain. I haven't really done that much 4x4ing but love the outdoors and spending time at the coast and mountains. Would love to hit up some trails with other libbies. I may even be able to convince my wife to come. Let me know what some plans are and I'll see if I can join in. I'm in the Portland metro area

Well this is a start at least. Not sure if the run this weekend will happen with only myself commited. I think we'll probably have to hit ARB Seth up later when we get some more action up here. 06Dkhaki, let me know whenever your free and we can try to get together for some wheeling. I found two lifted KJ's driving around my area, so I'm going to do a little recruiting.
