It's amazing that we can spend a day at the beach when it is 80 degrees out, then drive an hour and have a snowball fight in the mountains.

I went exploring around Mount Baker with the wife and pups a couple weekends ago. No real trails, just some forest service roads. Here are some pics:

The pictures are great, nice dogs too. Oh yes, nice Jeep, very clean. Sand to snow in one day cannot be beat. :D

What are those 2 wood things in pic 4?

Dakota (on the left) is 1 year old, and Kobi is 3. I still call them pups for some reason. And that wood stuff was there when I got there. I think there was a little bench there around the fire pit.
