Dang. I have been waiting for people to post up here and want to make a mild trail run. Too bad elk season starts saturday. Hopefully next time.

Do you have any recovery gear? I am not set up to do anything hard, but I would love to go this weekend.

Ive got tow rope, and not the only ones going I have posted in other forums and got this idea from another group...so I just wanted us KJ guys out on the trails also. If you need another rope I can square one away i think.

Found one at harbor freight for 10 bucks veteran's day sale :)

I talked to my wife and I am game, but probably have to leave by 10 because she has an appointment. Based on the other forums, is this going to be a big turn out, and do you think it will kick off on time? Driving an hour just to wheel for 2 hours is just barely worth it. BUT I am itching to get out :P

Well... on my way to work yesterday (yep, had CQ on Veteran's Day) I DID decide to do a little detour around some trails on N Fort. It was just to stretch Her legs, but I guess I ran over something sharp. Noticed a slow leak in the left rear tire. Filled it up once so far tonight. I'll hit up Les Schwab on the way home. Shouldn't be too much for a fix (and rotate) let's just pray I am getting paid early :)

After checking out the Evan's Creek link, I think I'll be sticking to the easier trails with all this rain we have been having. No Mud tires and lift make me wary.

Hmmm, nail in inner sidewall, not sure how that happened. My spare is stock size so I can't use that... No one stocks my tire!! Big pain, but I should be getting some from discount installed tomorrow, so I'll see you ArmyKj, and who ever else 8 am-ish Sunday!

Yea you and me both I will be sticking to the easyer trails myself...probably the only advantage i have is BFG AT/TKO's and thats not saying alot...but i can sling some mud that will be cool too. If you feel like it we can convoy down or link up some place in the morn and head out that way early...I am going to REI tomorow to get a forest pass your going to need one, they also sell one at the gas station but im going to get an annual so ill be good until next year...then do you have a cb? you may want one

No CB, how's cell reception out there? I haven't been in years.

I'll be leaving Olympia, going by base in the morning. I have to stop at my Mom's to pick up my brother in Sumner (just off 410, 15 minutes from Evans Creek) but we can meet by base if you want. I have to fill up (diesel is cheap in Dupont) on exit 119.

Was that trim ripped off this trip? You'll need to get rock sliders next! I am buying the rivets for my skid plates today, so now all I'll need is a gas tank skid (Boiler's) and I'll be all armored!

Yea one rock ripped the the trim right off at the last corner almost made it...I have the trim it poped off just need some more plastic rivets. Its a good thing you did turn around...the last part of the trail would have destroyed your transmission as I landed on my skid a couple of times at the last...I wish I had some pictures through the rock gardens at the end. I impressed those JK guys
