I just got my KK (which is currently stock but should be getting some upgrades in the next few weeks) and I'm looking to get out and off roading. I was wondering if there are any good trails in Western Washington. I've heard a lot about Walker Valley but I'm not sure if that's suitable for beginners or if a KK could even make it.

Also, if anyone's interested in wheeling sometime on a Thursday or a Friday and don't mind having a new guy around let me know.

I just moved....

But, check out Tahuya national forest, in belfair (bremerton area), or Evan's Creek (Buckey (near mt rainier) or Elbe Hills (hardest of the three I listed) also near Mt Rainier, in Elbe. Some more up north, Granite Falls (walker valley, which I thought I read they were making big changes like closures)

Check out PNW4wda.org, good group, not jeep specific.

Is that a lifted Libby or stock? I haven't had a chance to lift mine yet

Having wheeled everywhere in washington state over the years i can say this, if you take that truck to elbe, youre going to get body damage! Youre likely to get damage at
evans creek and walker as well. Remember youre in washington state, youre going to be wheeling around trees. lots of trees.

Tahuya state forest near Belfair/Dewatto is great. You'll see some serious off road rigs up there, along with a few clunkers.

Im just getting into wheeling myself and am yet to go with anyone else on anything major, finishing a few upgrades before I do that.

rocks and trees do abound here haha. so do washouts and mud slides.

im working every weekday, but im free most weekends, will be looking for somewhere to get up and out soon.

If you are looking for camping and wheeling the wabdr is great. I have done all sections up to Chelan. Great trails.
