yeah that was a pain and a half but definitely worth it. nothing a little brute force and a hydraulic wrench wont solve :shock:

I got a local friend that is going to come ... He has a Tacoma, I told him he'll be run over by Jeeps! He's been riding those trials since he was a kid so he will be a good guide for them.

Ideas? Terry? Did you stay at the Econo Lodge last time?

I stayed at the CORRECTION: Econo Lodge. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! If you don't mind all the hookers coming and going all night, the lack of repair work on the rooms and dirt, go ahead and stay there. BTW, the hookers didn't even look very good! :lol:

I'll be bringing my NEW camper!!

Frightening. I better check with my contacts at the local Public Health District Office there on where a "safe" place to stay is... :shock:

We get to see the new camper "in person" so to speak... :wink:

It was kind of funny really. About 4:30AM must be meal time for them because I went about 2 blocks away to a Huddle House for some breakfast and there they were! There must have been about a dozen of them. One wore a fish net type outfit that you could almost put your hand through the holes. Then there was the pimp right out of the movies...a tall skinny black man, hat and 3 piece suite (very light tan) all kinds of gold stuff on, watching "his girls". :lol:

The place was packed and I was the only white person in there. BUT....everyone was friendly!!! :lol:

Okay, I just booked a room for the night of the 22nd at the Jameson Inn (2720 Dawson Rd, Albany, GA 31707).

While I have not stayed at this particular one, I have had good luck with Jameson Inns when I have been traveling before.

I was thinking about this again last night, and depending on when Terry gets there, I figure you and I caravan down there early, maybe meet Terry, go wheeling for the late morning-early afternoon, all go meet Mike at the motel, and have a light dinner. Then, as Terry suggests, do a night run if possible, then run again in the morning and head back to ATL in the afternoon for you to prep to leave town and me to go to work the next morning.

Sound like a plan?

I made a correction on the motel I stayed in. It was the Econo Lodge! Not a good place at all.
