I did some more checking around online this afternoon and found that most folks thought that Tatum Lead was a glorified Forest Service (FS) dirt road and that the listing online for Rocky Flats may be wrong -- apparently it is posted for ATV use not 4x4.
If this is true, this would mean that Beasley Knob and Tatum Lead are the only USFS 4x4 OHV allowed areas left in Georgia. Apparently a few years ago (as late as 2005) you were still able to run the Rich Mountain ORV and Amicalola/Anderson Creek ORV areas but these have been closed. ::sigh::
