Of course I will be there. I am native to the area and can give anyone any information that they may need. Here is so info. -NOT A NATIONAL PARK -NOT AN ORGANIZED CAMP SITE (PEOPLE CAMP HERE OFTEN THOUGH) -FLINT RIVER -SOUTH OF GEORGIA POWER DAM -AT ONE TIME THE LARGEST DUNES EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER (MAY STILL BE. A LOT OF DIRT HAS BEEN REMOVED FOR HIGHWAYS AND CONCRETE) -I LIVE 5-10 MILES AWAY (WHICH MEANS I CAN HELP IF AN EMERGENCY ARISES) -TERRAIN INCLUDES WATER, LARGE SAND DUNES, CLAY HILLS, TRAILS IN SWAMPY HARD WOODS ALONG RIVER,MUD PITS, AND EASY TRAILS. -REGULAR PLACE THAT PEOPLE GO TO RIDE. (NO WORRIES) -PLENTY OF WAYS TO STAY OUT OF THE ROUGH STUFF. (DON'T WORRY ABOUT A STOCK VEHICLE) -HOTELS ARE VERY AFFORDABLE. (AS LOW AS $38/NIGHT. NOT A ROACH EITHER) That's all that I can come up with now but let me know if anyone has any questions. ALL members welcome. |

Hotels are all around within 5 minutes in Albany. Take your pick. We can meet at the location on Saturday I guess around 2PM. If that is a good time for everyone. If you have a gps I can give you the coordinates. If not tell me what direction you are coming into town and I will give you directions. If you look up Paul Eames Park (ballfield) you can get a close address. My number is 229-894-9268. Feel free to call whenever. Let me know if you have anymore questions. |

Hit me up with the GPS coordinates, I'll find it that way. What time will the trail ride start? |

I am posting some great pics of the area tomorrow that I took today. They had three bays of the dam open so the water was high and so was the current. As far as times go, I would like to meet Saturday afternoon around 2PM I guess for the members that are spending the night however they choose. Then we could ride on Sunday too. There were about 60 to 70 atvs there today. Sunday is the day that the largest crowd shows. Hit me with more ?s. |

Also, there is a mud bog Saturday in Norman Park which is about an hour from the site but it is totally up to you guys if you would like to go or not. I would be fine camping and hanging out. So how many vehicles do we have coming now? |

That's cool. We will still have fun. We have had alot of rain lately. I hope that some of it will be drained off by then. There is usually plenty of water out there without a flood. I guess that some folks from the Atlanta area are still coming. Either way we will find something to do. |
