****NEW PRODUCT FROM AT THE HELM FABRICATION!****

I am proud to announce the release of a new flat rack design for the 2008-2012 Jeep Liberty KK. This design is super stout and low profile giving a clean, stealth look with plenty of capacity. The rack bolts together with flanges to make shipping affordable. The racks include two rear light tabs and adjustable front mounts for a 40"-42" LED light bar, curved or straight. They are built from CNC cut 3/16" hrpo steel plate and 1.25"X.090" round steel tubing. They bolt together using stainless steel socket cap bolts for a nice finished look. Hi-Lift mounts and brackets to add RotoPax cans will be optional add ons. Rubber pads are also provided to isolate the rack's feet from the roof. Ships bare steel ready for the coating of your choice.

Base price is $375 plus shipping. Hi-lift mounts will be $45, Rotopax brackets will be $20 each. Two are required for the four gallon packs. The brackets for Rotopax cans are welded on, and I can place them so the container lands almost anywhere you want on the rack.

'Buy Now' charge is $375. When the rack is ready to ship, you will be invoiced for the shipping cost along with any add-ons such as the Hi-Lift mounts or Rotopax brackets. Lead time is typically 3-4 weeks. Shipping cost is as follows:
East coast: $70
Midwest: $60
West $50
West coast: $40

Thanks
Morgan

Hi. I was wondering if you are still making these roof racks? Also, how hard is it to remove the factory rails and install these? Do they come with sort of instructions? Also can you mount cargo right to this rack or would you still recommend getting a roof basket? And what do you recommend for a coating? Sorry for all the questions but love your work man! Thanks.

Hi Elvis,
Yes, still building these!
The factory roof rail's caps just pop off with a screwdriver revealing the nuts to remove everything. If you have the faux caps then you just pull them off. They are fastened with a double sided tape, which will need to be cleaned up after removal.
I have the instructions in a PDF, if you'd like to take a peek just pm me your email address.
You can mount cargo directly to it, no extra basket necessary.
I prefer a DIY rustololeum paint job. Looks good, easy to touch up and inexpensive.

ATH, have you had to make mounts for an ARB awning yet? Can they be added to a flat rack order?

Hi Tman,

I haven't added brackets to add the ARB awning, that's kind of one of those things I need to have in person to measure and test fit from. From the looks of it, it should be something fairly easy to DIY with a trip to the hardware store.
