Take it to the dealer, trade it in.

I would start checking local junkyards, places that sell rebuildables etc. Find out what parts you need and post it in the parts wanted section here. So what will you need? Transfer case, front diff, front drive shaft, maybe a different rear driveshaft, halfshafts, transfer case linkages, maybe a new center console?, either lots of patience to save some money, or lots of money to get your parts quick.

Then you can start on the lift kit, offroad tires, lockers, skid plates, rock rails, etc.

There is a certain amount of pride in doing something yourself. If you were planning on doing this yourself and really want to do it I say go for it. If it is sctrictly a matter of money or time, figure out how much you will lose on a trade in, and compare that to how much the parts are going to cost you. The trade in is a sure fire thing so if you want to play it mostly safe that is definantly the way to go. Let us know how it goes
