Help! :(
I read a thread the other day, mentioning a more thorough reset than just disconnecting the battery for 30 seconds or so, but now I can't find it.

All you typically need to do is disconnect the negative terminal of the battery for about 30 seconds. You can also hit the brakes a couple times so the brake lights will make sure no tiny amount of electricity is still available.

Thanks. :) I've been out of computer range all weekend. (Busy taking a 12 foot rowboat out on Lake Michigan. (At least I got an 18 inch smallmouth out of the deal) :D

I just had the Dynomax Cat-back system installed that I won at Camp Jeep, and want to reset the adaptive memory.

I picked up a half-second in my 0-60 time, and NOW, hope I can pick up some gas mileage, as well. 8)

After testing, this works better than the way I had been taught.

1. Disconnect POSITIVE battery cable from battery.
2. Turn the ignition key to ON for 15 seconds, but Do Not start.
3. Turn back to OFF.
4. Reconnect battery cable.

I wonder if the process that works has to do with whether you have a JTEC or NGC controller.
